Miane, on the Trevigian plateau, is an ancient Roman pagus, built near Cenada (Vittorio Veneto). Currently of today, the municipality is made up of the villages of Maine, Visna’ and Vergoman, for a total of almost 2000 inhabitants.
Miane has a strong tradition and paid its dues during the world wars in the 20th century.
Starting from the village of Miane, you will be able to see a land famous for its vineyards (like the annual festival of the Prosecco D.O.C. that takes place here and is a very important event), the warm roads of the village or be able to climb up to the sanctuary of the Madonna del Carmine (19th century).You then descend towards Vergoman, where you can stop and relax before climbing on your bike again while surrounded by centuries-old chestnut trees, to arrive finally at Combai, near the cemetery, from where a beautiful panorama can be seen.
You then descend through the vineyards towards Campea, then to Premaor, and finally returning to the town of Miane.
Along the way and around Altamarca you will find many typical places to stop, eat and maybe even sleep.
