The Residence Villa Poggiochiaro, is situated at the  territorial border between the Lazio and Tuscany, individualized by the Fosso  of the Chiarone, at only  1,5 km. from the sea with view  on the archipelago of the Tuscan Islands (Giannutri, Lily, etc.),following  the provincial road that connects the inhabited area of Pescia Romana with the ex Station FS of Chiarone Scalo going up again, on the right of an impending natural undulated countryside , you will arrive to a large parking area with high surrounding walls and a gate, edged by  pines, a splendid residential complex realized with rustic bricks ,large  windows endowed with arcades in “peperino”, floors in “cotto” and ì beams, surrounded  by balconies and patio in wood of chestnut tree; all surrounded by  residential area and service in the annex, separated by steps in “peperino”, and from a well covered roofing. narrow  paths are made in the beautiful  green park.

From the old ruin “maremmano” here is born Residence Villa Poggiochiaro; rigidly anchored as to the rural and genuine roots of the so-called angle of Maremma to the intersection of roads of the Tavolaro-Serpentaro.
Today the Residence dominates from high  the plain of  the near Fosso of the Chiarone (from which the name Chiaro), and immersed in the  splendid  bloom garden bringing happiness and a nice view  , in spite of the more and more high  and sad  nearby greenhouses, situated in this proud area of high  Lazio.

Perhaps, at  this point of the history it will is necessary to admit that, despite everything, the old ruin, reconstructed for lasting who knows how much time will stoically withstand still against all the adversities of the time.
