Residenza Patrizia is unique for its particular architecture as well as the interior furnishings of the various units. The elegant lines of the late-19th - early-20th century architectural details recall, beginning from the exterior, the sense of hospitality which was typical of historical residences near Lake Maggiore of that time.
Fifty-one one- and two-room apartments look onto the interior courtyard, the true heart of the structure. The restaurant, bar, heated swimming pool (34 m in length) (divided into covered and uncovered sections), exercise room, connecting balconies, reception hall, and three lifts all open onto the courtyard as well. We also offer sauna, Turkish bath, breakfast buffet, bar, snack bar, lunch buffet , à la carte restaurant, mini-market, and covered garage with a reserved place for each apartment.
The front office staff is ready to assist you with reservations (for restaurants, flights, trains, taxi, etc.) and rentals (car, motorcycle, mountain bike, boat) .
