Villa All’ Ombra dei Pini, built at the beginning of the last century, is 20 km south of Bari and 5 km from the Mola di Bari seaside.
Constructed in a rural zone the house is set among pine trees. The owners live on the ground floor and upstairs (90 sq m Mansard level) there is the Bed & Breakfast structure which includes four rooms, two bathrooms, spacious veranda and independent entry.
Around the villa there is a lovely garden and typical Mediterranean maquis vegetation.
There is also plenty of off-street parking.
We offer sun and shade, tranquillity, courtesy and modest prices.
Pets are welcome following notification by phone.
