Scarecrow: from fifteen years Gabriella Tricca (that restored and manages the Borgo of Tignano), develops together with Giuseppe Sparnacci, a photographic search and documentary on the tradition of the scarecrow in Tuscany that has given resulted  in the publication of two books and the accomplishment of a traveling show.  The last exhibition was realized at Volterra in the field of the shows of VOLTERRAGUSTO (November 2006).  At the  Borgo different original examples of scarecrow are preserved and during the year  teaching activity on this  argument will be organized .  

Restaurant: during the  year care organized theme dinners s (etruscan supper, medieval, ethnic ecc.) and dinners  with musical entertainments or small shows (S.  Valentino, new years eve  ecc:).  Also cooking courses  for Italians and foreigners will be organized and, with our  friend scarecrow, cooking courses  for children.
