WITH CAR:

Take the A1 motorway, exit Firenze Certosa. Take the Siena highway (toward the right) and exit at San Donato. Turn right and follow the indications to Barberino Val D’Elsa (5 km). Go into the town and as soon as you pass the square, going downhill, turn right as indicated for Poneta (4 km). When you reach the sign for the village of Poneta, continue downhill until on the left you see two large stone columns topped by terracotta vases and a grey iron gate. Ring the bell: welcome!

From Florence: see indications above
From Pisa: Exit from the airport and immediately take the highway toward Florence. Continue on this road (FI-PI-LI) and exit at Empoli Ovest. Head toward Siena on the SS 429 road; you’ll pass by Certaldo and continue until you reach Zambra. Turn immediately to the left toward Barberino – Poneta. After 1.8 km, going uphill, you’ll see on the right two large stone columns topped by terracotta vases and a grey iron gate. Ring the bell: welcome!
