Poggio Primo is an ancient farm stone house, wholly restored respecting totally its original characteristics. Going into flats and rooms you can feel the atmosphere and the warmth of the old rustic houses
In the large panoramic surrounding garden there are a beautiful swimming pool (7m. x14m.), some characteristic wooden gazebos, suitable spaces for barbecue and a large private parking area .
There are also available a kindergarden, tennis table, a bowling green. Besides the guests can walk, ride or cycle in the naturalistic ways and paths that cross the mediterranean scrub surrounding the farm.
500 far metres there is also a beautiful small lake for the sport fishing.
The guests will be able to buy the quality products of the farm as: Chianti D.O.C.G wine, Grappa, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cheese, Honey, etc...
The farm house “Il Poggio Primo” is set in the centre of a rural complex, in the green landscape of the Tuscan country and in the hearth of a valley at the foot of the Pratomagno mountain.
There are available confortable charming flats wholly renovated and furnished. The flats are structured in the following three different typologies.
Saraceno, Cavaliere, Etrusco. The apartments of the typologie Saraceno are 2 one-roomed flats, the apartments of the typologie Cavaliere are 6 two-roomed flats, the apartments of the typologie Etrusco are 2 three-roomed flats.
