Filari 1will be available with a reduced prices for only four persons or less (see price conditions).It is given for 7 persone with an  overcost of  : 100e in high season,  80 e in middle season,  70 e in May,  60e in low season

An area of 100 sq mt and a furnished garden with panoramic terrace . It consists in a living room, two new bathrooms, a kitchen and three bedrooms. One bedroom with two single beds, the second and the third with double beds, if necessary they can be separated. One more bed can be jointed for a seventh guest with a limited increase of price (see prices). If requested It is also available a little bed for a baby or a cradle. The living room has a fireplace. It functions but produces a bit of smoke.  . The two bathrooms have their showers but don't have a bathtub. The apartment have its own washing machine and dishmachine. The kitchen is well furnished, including flatware. It has an electric oven. The stovetop is gas plus one electric eye.The furniture is of hight quality chosen with taste and care. Water and electricity are included in the price, except for excessive consumption. The central heating is not in function in the period from May 30 until October 15, as prescribed by law. In the other periods could be provided after payment. The guests have to leave the apartament before 10 o clock of the departure day. The final cleanings  50 e are not included in the price..  A  spectacular swimming pool 15 x 5.5 sq. m. considered the most beautiful of the area is available to I Filari's guests and property from May to September .

Filari 2 a 45 sq. meter apartment consists in a one room flat divided from an arcade with a curtain in a sleeping area which includes a double bed which can be divided if required and sitting/dining area,   a well equipped  kitchen, a new bathroom and an upper terrace of about 45 sq. mt .  It is available, if required, a little bed for a baby. It has an attached courtyard, in common with the property, of about 100 sq mt. shadowed from a many branches tree and a panoramic view on the volley.  The place is very quite amidst olivegroves, vineyard, authencic rural houses typicl of the area and wonderful surroundings.. The bathroom has a shower but does not have a bathtub. The furniture is cheer, of quality and it has been chosen with taste and care. The apartment is equipped with coverts sheets and towels ; does not have a washing machine but it is possible ask the property to use her washing machine . The kitchen is furnished, including flatware. The stovetop is gas. It has an electric oven. Water and electricity are included, except for excessive consumption. The central heating is not in function in the period from May 30 until October 15, as prescribed by law.In the other periods could be provided after payment. The guests have to leave the apartament clean and in order before the 10 o clock in the morning. The final cleanings  25e (without the second bedroom) are not in the price.   A spectacular and panoramic swimming-pool 15 x 5.5 m. is available to I Filari guests from June to September.
