The house is chalet style, made of wood and stone, very pretty and with its own swimming pool. It is situated in the green hills of Luccesia, to the north of Lucca and 370 meters above sea level. The grounds are completely fenced, and offer private parking and a garden with tables, chairs, umbrellas, deckchairs, recliners, and barbecue grill. The house is finely furnished. The water in the swimming pool is salt processed (10 x 6 meters – 1.4 / 1.9 meters deep). The swimming pool is open from about May 1 to about October 1. Setting out directly from the house, you can take beautiful walks and bike rides though our green mountains and the Park of the Apuan Alps. We can offer horseback rides with prior notice. Close to the house there is an excellent mineral water spring. There is also the opportunity to purchase local products from the farm, oasis plenty of peace and quiet. From the house you can easily reach Tuscany’s famous cities of art, such as: Lucca, 18 kms, Pisa, 30 kms, Florence, 70 kms, Siena, 100 kms, Garfagnana, 20 kms, and the coast of Versilia, with cities like Viareggio, Massa Carrara, and Forte dei Marmi.
